Only 15 ‘Club Italia’ Integrales were ever produced and it is one of the most desirable and rare special editions. All were finished in Blu Lord 438 over a red ‘Amaro’ leather interior and fitted with Recaro high-back bucket seats and a starter button. The quick-shift gear lever with carbon fibre fascia was another distinctive feature on this super exclusive model, highlighting the Delta’s immense motorsport success. The engine cam covers were painted blue and yellow, mimicking the earlier Lancia Fanalone Fulvias. Other special features include an aluminium fuel filler cap, ‘Club Italia’ decals on the front bonnet and rear wing, and special enamel ‘Club Italia’ badges adorning the front wings.

Club Italia, in which these special-edition cars are named after, is comprised of an exclusive group of prominent collectors and automotive and motorsport personalities who are active in the preservation of Italy’s sports and race car heritage. Within this elite club, only 15 members were able to obtain the holy grail of special-edition Lancia Delta HF Integrale Evo 1s. The list of first owners of these hugely collectible cars is a who’s who of motoring royalty, with the likes of Ferrari Formula One car designer Mauro Forghieri and Ferrari Formula One driver Clay Regazzoni each receiving a car. Of these 15 cars, it is believed only 9 remain today, making this Delta all the more collectable.

Chassis 576108 was delivered new to former Ferrari Team Direttore Sportivo Marco Piccinini and it was owned by him for 25 years. Mr Piccinini is one of Ferrari’s most longstanding and important individuals. We purchased the car from him in 2017 and sold it to its most recent owner who it has resided with ever since.
