Sales Executive
We’re looking for a new Sales Executive to join the THJ team in Ashby-de-la-Zouch ahead of our exciting relocation to the Cotswolds. We believe this is an amazing opportunity for the right candidate to join not just the most successful independent specialist dealer, but at a very exciting time in our business too.
Applicants must have sales experience in either the modern or classic car sector. We’re looking for someone to hit the ground running and to join the business immediately. Personal Assistant
We are looking for a friendly, motivated, driven and experienced individual to be responsible for supporting the Director in the smooth running of his personal affairs whilst also offering him business support.
The successful applicant will need to have great attention to detail, have had previous PA experience, be flexible, reliable, trustworthy, hardworking and hold a full UK driving licence as there could be the occasional requirement to travel to the new site that is currently under development in the Cotswolds.

The job role of Personal Assistant to Tom Hartley Jnr is a very important position to fulfil and will involve, but will not be limited to the following duties:
- Support the Director with his personal diary, scheduling meetings, managing the family’s diary, reminding him and his family of appointments, managing meeting/appointment cancellations. Managing a highly involved travel schedule; booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation for the Director and his family for both business and pleasure. An understanding of current travel requirements and restrictions would be beneficial. Client services experience would be an advantage. Experience taking minutes at meetings. Greeting clients and visitors at reception. Taking accurate notes and typing up dictated letters and reports. Updating computer records using a database. Maintaining office systems and processes. Support the Director with the business objectives and assisting him in order to dedicate his time effectively. Dealing with queries from clients and suppliers on the phone and by email, distributing calls through to the right team member effectively and in a timely and well-articulated manner. Supporting the wider team as and when necessary; Executive Assistant, Assistant, Financial Controller, Sales & Detailers. Liaising with suppliers and contractors. Working in an office environment.

- Proven previous PA experience essential. Proven ability to manage a flexible schedule. Always available, mobile, and open to travel. Exemplary planning and time management skills. Be a team player.
