The Porsche 996 GT3 is a landmark model in the 911 lineage, celebrated for its raw, motorsport bred character and its use of the legendary flat six engine. Introduced in 1999, it was the first modern GT3 and set the formula for every GT3 that followed, a lightweight, high revving, track focused machine developed by Porsche’s racing department. Available only with a six speed manual and hydraulic steering, the 996 GT3 delivers an intensely connected driving experience that feels mechanical and unfiltered compared to later generations. Its blend of durability, analogue purity and race car DNA has made it one of the most respected and increasingly collectible Porsches.

This particular UK supplied car was ordered new with the following factory options and features: Bucket seats, Air Conditioning, CDR-22 CD Radio, Manually adjustable door mirrors, 3- Spoke Airbag steering wheel, power windows, Tinted windscreen top tint and the all important Aerokit. Additionally, In July 2001, Porsche Colchester supplied and fitted a Carbon fibre dash, Carbon fibre centre console and Carbon fibre door sills.
