Chassis 10025 was completed in 1967 and is the ninth of just 16 alloy-bodied Ferrari 275 GTB/4 examples ever produced, the ultimate road-going evolution of Ferrari’s four-cam Berlinetta. Constructed in lightweight aluminium by Scaglietti, these rare ‘Alloy’ cars represent the most desirable and highest-performing specification of the 275 GTB/4 model line.

Uniquely specified from new in Celeste Chiaro 106-A-26 over Bleu VM 3015 Connolly leather with cloth seat inserts, chassis 10025 remains the only alloy-bodied four-cam delivered in this striking colour combination and today it is presented exactly as it left the factory in June 1967.

Supplied new through official Ferrari dealer Gustavo Lombardi of Naples to Alberta Bossa, a prominent Italian Ferrari client. The car later formed part of several respected American collections before being acquired by ourselves in 2021.

Shortly after purchase, the decision was taken to return the car to its exact factory-correct specification. The bodywork was entrusted to Brandoli of Modena, specialists in aluminium coachwork, whose founder began his career at Scaglietti in the 1960s. The paintwork was completed by Restauto using the correct period non-lacquer process, a technique rarely replicated today, ensuring an authentic 1967 finish.

Mechanically, the car was overhauled by Sport Auto in Modena, longstanding Ferrari experts with over six decades of experience. The interior was retrimmed by Interni Auto Maieli in the correct VM 3015 leather with cloth inserts, a rare and distinctive feature of this particular example from new.

Following completion of the restoration, the car was entered into the prestigious Cavallino Classic in Modena, where it was awarded a Platinum Award and Best in Class against exceptionally strong competition.
