Rebodied around 30 years ago in the style of a 2.9 Touring Spider. Ex Bill Jacobs and Gene Ponder, the body has been executed beautifully and although the car would have originally been fitted with a single carburettor, it has been updated to the more desirable dual carburettor setup that one would normally find on a 2300B Mille Miglia chassis. The upgrade to this higher specification increases the Alfa’s excellent touring capabilities. Amazing value for money when you consider it sold for $924,000 at auction back in 2007!
