This particular example is one of only 11 right-hand drive short nose 275s ever produced with the more powerful six-carburettor engine setup. It was built new for a very important Ferrari client, a man who owned some very significant examples from Maranello, including a P4 (0856), a 250 TR (0736) and, in partnership with Rob Walker, the Stirling Moss 250 SWB (2119 GT) which he owned at the time Moss won the Tourist Trophy at Goodwood in 1960.

In recent years it was sent back to its homeland to be restored. Brandoli carried out the bodywork, Cremonini the paintwork and Luppi for the interior trim. The restoration took over two years and is the culmination of the extraordinary collaboration between the world’s leading Ferrari restoration specialists.

Following completion of its restoration the car was awarded its Ferrari ‘Red Book’ Classiche certification, which confirms it still retains its original chassis, body, engine and gearbox.

A very special example that is ready to be shown at any of the world’s leading Concours d’Elegance events or used as intended when produced over 56 years ago.
