At the heart of the Veyron lies Bugatti’s 8.0-litre quad-turbocharged W16 engine, producing 1,001 PS and delivering its power through a sophisticated seven-speed dual-clutch transmission and permanent four-wheel-drive system. Accelerating from 0–62 mph in just 2.5 seconds and achieving a top speed of 253 mph, the Veyron established entirely new benchmarks for speed, stability, and engineering capability.

This particular UK-supplied example was commissioned in close collaboration with Bugatti by its first owner, resulting in a highly distinctive factory specification. Every detail was meticulously selected, including its stunning Jet Black paintwork, Alcantara door panels (the only Veyron specified in this manner at the time), and Alcantara on the lower dashboard (the first Veyron to feature this option). In addition, matching-colour Alcantara was specified for the headlining and centre tunnel, alongside comfort seats, heated seats, Bugatti logos embroided into the seat backs, and black brake calipers.
